Hi guys. Here are some pictures of my Tamiya Sherman M4A3E8 "Rice's Red Devils" (kit #359) of the Korean war. It's a really nice model, easy to build and the tiger mouth is very attractive.
I've just replaced the main gun with a RB Model one and also the .30 and .50 on the turret roof with pieces of the same brand. The stuffs on the rear rack is from Black Dog.
It's a very acurate kit with a nicely detailed "Easy Eight" suspension.
Let's talk the pictures :

SdKfz. 164 Hornisse (Nashorn) Initial production
Hi friends. This is my Nashorn model from Dragon build last year. High detailed kit but as usual with this brand, quite complex due to several versions and not so detailed instructions sheet.
I depicted an Initial production in the East front during the winter 1943. Let's go for the pictures :
I have to finish the figures and make a base for this impressive beast.
Thanks for reading and happy modelling.

Primering and first shadows with acrylic paints
Basic three tones summer camo
The finished model with the winter coat !

AMX-30 BRENNUS - Camo base painting
The 3 tones NATO camo has been painted on my AMX-30 BRENNUS with Tamiya paints : XF-69 NATO Black, XF-68 NATO Brown and a mix of XF-67 NATO Green + XF-5 Flat Green + a drop of XF-3 Flat Yellow to match the "unstandard" French NATO Green.
Now the fading, chipping, dusting and other weathering processes will be begins.
Thanks for watching and Happy modelling my friends !
